The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the present day program that teaches adults the Catholic Christian way of life – our beliefs, doctrines, liturgy and our faith.
The R.C.I.A. program covers the four stages of the Rite in a gentle and informal environment, combining discussion with reading and prayer. Participation in various Masses and rituals throughout the program culminates with the administration of the Sacraments of Initiation – Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion) at the glorious Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday.
The program is for:
- Unbaptized adults seeking a deeper relationship with God
- Baptized Catholics who want to complete the Sacraments of Confirmation and Holy Communion
- Non-practicing Catholics wishing to return to the Church
